Our managers personal portfolios are kept to a minimum so they have the time and energy to offer their highest standard of personal service to all.

You will have direct personal contact with your manager on all inquiries relating to your property during normal working hours and outside of those hours you will have a dedicated contact number for our out of hours emergency service.

Here at Communal-Space, due to the small manager portfolio size, we can offer full property inspections to meet your own preference, as opposed to the standard quarterly, included in your management fee starting at just £300 per unit (for two site visits a year) rising to £500 for monthly site visits.

With an extensive list of trusted professional contractors we at Communal-Space can arrange and oversee any kind of property maintenance and for a small arrangement fee can offer this service to none block management clients also.
